Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and certain intimate items are final sale unless faulty or not as described.
  • Sale and promotional items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email returns@velour.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return authorisation and pre-paid label (for eligible orders).
  2. Pack items securely in the original packaging where possible. Include the returns slip.
  3. Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier collection point using the provided label.
  4. Once received and inspected (within 2 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business daysof us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velour.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and either replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you.
