Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and certain intimate items are final sale unless faulty or not as described.
- Sale and promotional items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Return
- Email returns@velour.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return authorisation and pre-paid label (for eligible orders).
- Pack items securely in the original packaging where possible. Include the returns slip.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier collection point using the provided label.
- Once received and inspected (within 2 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business daysof us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velour.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and either replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you.
