Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your account under Orders.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Velour is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Didn't Receive Your Order?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please check with neighbours and any safe locations first. Then contact us at support@velour.comwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate.
